GOALS
In Jake’s honor, we are setting funding goals that reflect the heart of who he was.
- Funding St Louis soccer scholarships through the Living Legacy Foundation and other programs, supporting young persons who demonstrate resilience, kindness, and leadership
- Establishing scholarships in Jake’s name at Chaminade College Preparatory School School to help support students who mirror Jake's values
- Support the sponsoring of a facility dog at St Louis Children's Hospital through Duo Dogs, providing comfort and healing to individuals facing medical and emotional challenges
- Supporting families navigating high grade pediatric brain tumors
Our Goal
In 2026, we hope to raise $50,000 in Jake’s memory to fund the Duo Dog successor facility dog to Casey at SLCH and also $20,000 in student scholarships that reflect his heart for others.
Every gift, moves us closer to making sure Jake’s legacy lives on in action.
