Our Impact Goals
In Jake’s honor, we are setting clear goals that reflect the heart of who he was.
● $5,000 – Funds a student soccer scholarship through the Living Legacy Foundation, supporting a young person who demonstrates resilience, kindness, and leadership
● $25,000 – Establishes a recurring annual scholarship in Jake’s name at Chaminade
● $50,000 – Supports the sponsoring of one facility dog through Duo Dogs, providing comfort and healing to individuals facing medical and emotional challenges
● $75,000 – Endows long-term programming that supports families navigating high grade pediatric brain tumors
Our Goal
In our first year, we hope to raise $50,000 in Jake’s memory to fund the Duo Dog successor facility dog to Casey at SLCH and also student scholarships that reflect his heart for others.
