GOALS
In Jake’s honor, we are setting funding goals that reflect the heart of who he was.
- Funding St Louis soccer scholarships through the SLSG Living Legacy Foundation and other programs such as the St Louis Stars SC Jake Tallon Perseverance Scholarship, supporting young persons who demonstrate resilience, kindness, and leadership
- Establishing scholarships in Jake’s name at Chaminade College Preparatory School School to help support students who mirror Jake's values
- Support the sponsoring of a facility dog at St Louis Children's Hospital through Duo Dogs, providing comfort and healing to individuals facing medical and emotional challenges
- Supporting newly diagnosed families navigating high grade pediatric brain tumors
Our Goal
In 2026, we hope to raise $50,000 in Jake’s memory to fund the Duo Dog successor facility dog to Casey at SLCH and also $20,000 in student scholarships that reflect his heart for others and assistance to families at SLCH who are newly diagnosed with high grade brain tumors.
Every gift, moves us closer to making sure Jake’s legacy lives on in action.
