Our Mission
At The Jake Tallon 47 Strong Foundation, we are dedicated to supporting the programs that meant so much to Jake and to our family. We will host an annual soccer tournament, launch an online merchandise store, and organize additional community events to raise funds in honor of Jake’s legacy.

The placement of St. Louis Children’s Hospital’s next Facilty Duo Dog-the future successor to Casey
- Duo Dogs is a national nonprofit organization that trains and connects dogs with people to cultivate positive change in individuals, families, and communities. Duo Dogs opens the doors to independence by providing Assistance Dogs to individuals with physical challenges, Facility Dogs to those in need of emotional assurance, and Duo Touch Therapy Dogs that bring encouragement to people facing health issues or other challenges, reading assistance to area students, and educational programming to schools and businesses. Duo Dogs is a fixture in the St. Louis community and is proud to be able to serve those they do, changing lives each day
